Pastor Mitch has been a pastor for over 10 years and loves his work. He is passionate about ministry and anything that has to do with evangelism, missions, discipleship and church growth/revitalization. More significantly, has been the husband of Debbie for 17 years and the father of three teens: Mitchell, Mindy and Michael.
Outside of work, Mitch loves spending time with his family and likes to read fiction by Louis Lamour.

JAKE LYNCH, Education and Administration Pastor:
After serving in churches in Kentucky and Indiana, Jake joined Barrington Ridge Baptist Church in April 2009. He oversees the Education and Administration of the church. He is extremely passionate about serving God and helping believers grow in their faith. Jake has earned an Associate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Sullivan University and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education and Church leadership from Boyce Bible College. DALE STANKICH , Youth Minister:
Dale was brought on staff as Youth Minister in May of 2011 and leads our REFUGE Student Ministries. He is passionate about God's Word and excited about serving on staff and sharing his passion for the Bible with our students. Dale is marreid to his wonderful wife Mackie and they have been blessed with two children; Owen and Samantha. In his spare time, Dale enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, paintball and many other outdoor activities.

KATHY WORTHINGTON , Administrative Assistant:
Kathy joined the Barrington staff in September of 2008. She takes care of all the day-to-day tasks of the office, as well as keeping up the technical end of the ministry. She has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Biology Teaching from Purdue University and has taught in the public school system. However, after the birth of her second child, she left her teaching career to become a stay-at-home mom. Now with all three children in school, she enjoys working part-time at Barrington.
